You all are assigned homework- Every day I want you to journal something that made you laugh or smile. I want a daily log of fun shit. At the end you will start to fight everyday for a little piece of happiness (muscle memory). Ooh if you have been following me there is a video at the end. Every week you must check in with me on the progress of your log with the work done.

Welcome Noonettes
I am so happy that you decided to take this journey with me. I am offering you something fun something different. We are living through a Pandemic. The world is on fire. Fuck this let me offer you some fun "Noonie way." Let me help you take your mind off some shit just for a little while. I designed this program for us to do something different.
Every Wednesday and Saturday are our dance meetups. It is 1 hour on Wednesday and 1 hour on Saturday. Requirements on Wednesdays, glass of wine, cocktail or beverage of your choice with snack. Its dance and dinner or Wednesday. On Saturday either a mimosa, cocktail or beverage of your choice- we Are brunching on Saturday.
My biggest requirement is to leave your problems behind, we all got them, come ready to party and shake your ass. This is what girlfriends do when we get together. Are there themed nights? Absolutely. Will you be required to get in a costume? You motherfucking right! Other little surprises are in store.
